The block toolbox includes the type of block, clipping indicator (if the block has been clipped), block options (if the block has them), move button, and the delete block button.
Block options hides additional options that were previously visible. Hiding these additional options saves vertical space while you're editing.

In the images above you may also notice a character count has been added to let you know when you have hit the limit.
Moving a block is now easier and you no longer have to scroll and drag blocks to rearrange content on the page. To move a block click the move arrow in the block’s toolbox.
After you clicked the move arrow all the blue plus signs turn into green arrows indicating places you can move the block to. Click the green arrow where you would like to move your block.
You no longer have to scroll to the very bottom of the page to view the Save button. Now the button will always be at the bottom left of your browser.

There is now a new way all the different blocks are displayed so you don't have to navigate a long list. Icons are also added so it is easier to determine what the block will do.
