By The Numbers
Overall we reduced 16,000 public and catalog pages down to 5,000 pages that are now all mobile-friendly. This week saw over 10,000 people login from 30 countries with only 180 feedback posts, most of which dealt with complaints surround the separate problem of logging in to Single Sign On, which has been fixed.Nevertheless, we have received lots of feedback on what people like or don't like and have already made some incremental improvements as a result (example).
